Pools enclosure
Among our facilities we have a well cared for pool enclosure with one swimming-pool for adults and one splash pool.
This facility is opened from June 1 until September 15.
This is a very nice area with a lot of shade and green areas inviting to relax. Here, like in all our facilities, we are highly interested in the cleanliness and the respect for the environment.
Bathroom Facilities
The bathroom facilities have been totally refurbished. We know the importance of the quality and cleanliness of our facilities and that's why we provide an excellent cleaning service and an effective waste management.
These facilities are adapted for handicapped persons and they have the following features:
- Cutting-edge nonslip floors.
- Heating.
- Background music.
- Fully equipped individual shower stalls.
- Fully equipped shower stalls for children.
- Adapted stalls.
- Electrical hand dryers.
- New isolation.
- New ventilation.
- New materials, very resistant and easier to clean.
- New indoor area with sinks and stone worktop.
- Free hot water (24 hours).
And, as always in El Astral, the operation of this facility is sustainable:
- Timed illumination with motion detectors by sectors.
- All taps and showers with water-saving systems.
- Water heated by solar energy (since 1982).
- Drainage to our own wastewater treatment plant (since 1983).
Bar
Visit our Bar and relax with a good cup of coffee or some of the best local wines. There are tables indoor and outdoor in large terraces. Whatever you prefer.
And, if necessary, you can also enjoy a tasty and plentiful breakfast.
Pets are allowed in our Bar. Always on a leash. We also offer restaurant service at this area.

Reception
The heart of the campsite. Here you can find a lot of tourist information about this area and region. You can book an hour for your tennis match or contract your Wi-Fi connection. You can pay with the most usual credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Maestro) or request the services of our first aid kit...
We are at your disposal to welcome you, to advise you, to solve your problems and discomforts...and even to hear your complaints and claims, since they help us to be alert and to keep improving.
SERVICE AREA FOR MOTORHOMES
You know better than anyone that in Spain it is quite difficult to find good and affordable service areas for motorhomes. We have one in our campsite and we thought it could be useful to you. The service area is inside the campsite, on a platform.
If the motorhomer is lodged, the use is for free. You can fill the water tank, empty used waters and WC.
RECYCLING AREA
At El Astral you'll find a specific area for those clients who like to contribute to a cleaner world. In this space our clients can separe their garbage and put it inside each adequate recycling container. There is even a surface to support your bags or boxes in the meanwhile. Thanks to a colors sytem, several pannels inform you about which container to use for each type of material.
There are containers for glass, all type of bottles and cans, paper, cardboard, vegetal oil and batteries.

ADAPTED FOR REDUCED MOBILITY
El Astral is prepared to welcome people with reduced mobility.
There are access ramps to all our facilities. We have a fully equipped shower stall in every bathroom facility.
All our facilities are marked and in our restaurant we have a menu in Braille.

We are a small and tireless team. Our aim is to enjoy offering our clients and workmates an enjoyable stay.

HEALTH CARE AND SECURITY
El Astral has a first aid kit.
The Health Care Centre is 1 km away from the campsite and it offers health care 24 hours a day. Accident and Emergency Service. Emergency Ambulance.
Also 1 km away, Tordesillas has 4 pharmacies and one of them is a 24-hour pharmacy.
Besides, there is a dental surgery with young staff although with wide experience and high quality facilities.
El Astral has a security service 24 hours a day. Any night problem or emergency will also be solved by this service.
